Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Outpatient $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $3,000 Relocation Bonus Southern Oregon Orthopedics | Medford, OR Join One of Southern Oregon's Leading Orthopedic Teams At Southern Oregon Orthopedics, our physical therapy team works directly with top orthopedic doctors to deliver high-level care from surgery through full recovery. We are growing and looking for motivated Physical Therapists who want to build a long-term career in a collaborative, high-performance orthopedic setting. We have three outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics across Southern Oregon, located in Grants Pass, Medford, and Central Point. Schedule & Patient Care Flexible scheduling (most PTs work 4x10s ) 1:1 patient care model 45-minute treatment sessions focused on quality outcomes What You'll Work With Modern rehab gyms with turf, squat racks, and Rogue strength equipment VALD Dynamo strength testing, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and return-to-sport tools Career Growth & Development Full financial support for advanced certifications (OCS, SCS, CSCS) Structured mentorship and continuing education built into your schedule Opportunities to mentor and serve as a clinical instructor for PT students Optional community outreach and sideline coverage at local high school and sports clubs Team Environment Work side by side with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, athletic trainers, and therapy colleagues Strong emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, clinical outcomes, and interprofessional team About You Licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates encouraged to apply) Interest in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation Team-first mindset with strong communication and professionalism Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-level rehab team Interest in long-term career development and leadership opportunities Your Role Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload (spine, knee, hip, shoulder, and more) Collaborate daily with surgeons and medical providers Participate in mentorship, education, and team development Contribute to the continued growth and excellence of our PT program Compensation & Benefits $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $3,000 Relocation Reimbursement 401(k) with 8% employer contribution Productivity bonuses $1,300 annual continuing education allowance 23 days of paid time off Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Long-term disability $85/month gym membership reimbursement Professional membership covered Bereavement and family medical leave Why Southern Oregon?
