Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred. Ability to document skilled evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes per facility and state regulations. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy or contract therapy experience preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.
