Job Description
Physical Therapist Early Intervention Blair County Provide age sensitive professional physical therapy care in the home setting including admission visits, evaluation, instruction, and treatment to patients to maximize functional abilities and ensure optimal care. Collaborate with an experience EI team to strengthen parent's confidence and competence helping their child learn and grow. Monday-Friday flexible scheduling UPMC benefits mileage reimbursement at the federal rate
