A Rise Above Occupational Therapy Services is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary private practice. We offer something increasingly difficult to find in healthcare: individualized, one-on-one patient care, clinical autonomy, collaboration, and the time to think through complex patients. Our practice specializes in treating individuals whose symptoms don't always fit neatly into one box. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside occupational therapists with advanced training in concussion, neurological rehabilitation, vision, cognition, sensory processing, and autonomic regulation—creating a truly collaborative approach to patient care. Your Caseload May Include Concussion and persistent post-concussion symptoms Vestibular dysfunction and dizziness Cervicogenic headache and dizziness Balance and fall risk Neurological conditions Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Postural dysfunction General strengthening and deconditioning Return to exercise and wellness Patients with overlapping vestibular, visual, cervical, cognitive, and autonomic symptoms You won't be expected to treat every specialty on day one. We are looking for a strong clinician who is interested in learning, collaborating, and developing their own clinical niche within the practice. Why A Rise Above? One patient at a time. What We're Looking For We are seeking a PT who is: Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania Passionate about individualized patient care Comfortable working independently while valuing collaboration Strong in clinical reasoning and problem-solving Dependable, personable, and patient-centered Interested in continued professional growth Experience in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion, orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, or balance is a plus, but specialty experience is not required for the right clinician.
