Part Time/PRN Physical Therapist (PT) Platinum Ridge Rehab & Nursing Brackenridge, PA Platinum Ridge Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Part Time/PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled and compassionate therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for flexibility while still providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Position Type Part Time/PRN Flexible weekday and/or weekend coverage Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care residents Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OT, SLP, nursing, and case management Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education as appropriate Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care regulations Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment Knowledge of Medicare documentation and skilled therapy requirements preferred What We Offer Competitive Pay Flexible scheduling Supportive leadership and collaborative rehab team Well-equipped therapy gym and strong interdisciplinary support How to Apply If you are interested in joining a facility that values quality care, teamwork, and flexibility, we would love to hear from you. #Eminent123
