You will have the opportunity to: Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations Develop individualized plans of care Apply evidence-informed orthopedic treatment strategies Progress patients through strength, mobility, and performance-based rehabilitation Measure outcomes and adjust care based on patient response Collaborate with experienced orthopedic clinicians Educate patients and help them understand the purpose behind their treatment Guide patients from pain and limitation toward confidence and independence Our goal is not simply to help patients feel temporarily better. A Diverse Orthopedic and Sports Caseload You will treat a wide range of patients and diagnoses, including: Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation Total joint replacement recovery Sports injuries Return-to-sport rehabilitation Spine conditions Shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle conditions Complex musculoskeletal cases Strength and movement limitations Active adults working toward higher levels of performance Patients returning to work, recreation, fitness, and daily activity This variety will allow you to continuously develop your evaluation skills, treatment planning, clinical reasoning, and confidence as a Physical Therapist. What New Graduate Physical Therapists Will Receive Starting your first Physical Therapy position should not feel like being handed a full caseload and expected to figure everything out alone.
