Job Description

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our team! Competitive pay rates! The Physical Therapist is expected to follow facility core values in administering department services and helping to fulfill all therapy-related resident care needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing. Assured all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers Measures & records patient's motor function, strength, and muscle performance Monitors patient responses to treatments and makes modifications during treatment sessions as necessary Completes documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Skills:
SNF/Long term care experience preferred Current knowledge of treatment practices Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Required licensure: Current License as a Physical Therapist in the State of PA. Must be in good standing.
