Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional ability. The successful applicant will bring a comprehensive understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Emphasizing compassionate patient care and collaborative teamwork, this role is essential in supporting our mission to enhance patient recovery and quality of life. We are actively seeking an experienced Physical Therapist interested in a Home Health and Hospice setting. We have multiple locations available. The position starts as a 13 or 26 week assignment with probability to go perm or extend.
