Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Physical Therapist -
Perdiem Salary:
$55.00 hour
Physical Therapist OT Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited College or University. Licensed and in good standing by the State of Pennsylvania and current registration. Should be a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. One year of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
Physical Therapist PT Job Summary:
Perform evaluations, designs treatment plans, and administers Physical Therapy as prescribed by a physician. Supervise professional and non-professional Physical Therapy staff in delivery of Physical Therapy services. Assign case load and other related tasks to Physical Therapy staff consistent with their education and experience. Coordinate Physical Therapy with other appropriate services for assigned residents. Complete required documentation for resident's medical records. Schedule daily treatments. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
