Job Description
We are seeking a casual/PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at Concordia at Rebecca Residence. The Physical Therapist works as a member of an in-house interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, which oversees each resident's physical therapy and restorative plan of care. Your role as the Physical Therapist Involvement in positive rehab environment fostering career advancement. Performs a comprehensive evaluation of residents/patients with a focus on short-term rehab/sub-acute population applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests. Develops the plan of care with a teamwork approach including the physician, resident/patient, family and other team members with revisions made based on patient condition. Requirements of the Physical Therapist Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy techniques. Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
