We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice seeking a Physical Therapist with leadership interest for our King of Prussia clinic. In this role, you'll lead a collaborative team of Physical Therapists and Patient Service Representatives, drive operational excellence, and help shape the growth of a thriving clinic. Why This Role is Different ~10 patients/day Full hour, 1:1 evaluations Therapist-owned (no private equity pressure) Real leadership autonomy Lead without sacrificing clinical quality What You'll Do Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient care and staff experience Support, mentor, and develop your team of clinicians and PSRs Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, community partners, and patients Contribute to strategic planning and execution for clinic growth Maintain a partial caseload, providing hands-on patient care What We Offer $85,000 base salary + profit share (percentage of clinic performance) 17 days PTO + additional CEU time 6 paid federal holidays Medical insurance 401(k) Continuing education allowance + MedBridge subscription Monday-Friday (no weekends)
