00 Per hour What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate Residents and patients to develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings Assess and improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance Develop treatment programs focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing injury Recommend assistive devices and mobility equipment to support safety and independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary Team Members to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and wellness strategies Complete timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care Passion for working with older adults New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply Join a Team Where Your Work Matters At Willow Valley Communities, you'll do more than provide therapy—you'll empower individuals to maintain mobility, regain independence, and continue enjoying the activities that matter most to them.
