Employment:

Typical rates range from $70-$75/hour, with additional flexibility based on experience, availability, caseload commitment, and willingness to travel to high-need areas. Enjoy the flexibility of EI work without operating as an independent contractor. Choose Your Caseload — Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN options available. Start with just a few cases and build from there — PRN options can be as little as 5 hours per week! Create Your Own Schedule — coordinate visits directly around your availability and the family's schedule. No rigid clinic schedule! Stay Close to Home — we work to keep your visits within approximately 30 minutes of home whenever possible. Choose Your Service Area — opportunities throughout Lancaster County! Hybrid Flexibility — hybrid options may be available based on caseload and service needs. Documentation Time Built In — sessions are approximately one hour and include therapy plus documentation time . Responsibilities Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). Work with families/caregivers in the child's natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines. Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals. Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
