Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join South Mountain Physical Therapy in Leesport, PA. This is a private, Physical Therapist owned small, but growing, company with two clinic locations. There is a focus on quality treatment in a friendly/fun professional atmosphere here where therapists can share ideas and enjoy treating patients like we are trained to do. We have a good mix of post-operative cases and general orthopedic/neuro conditions of all ages. There are growth possibilities within the growing practice; you'll be working with some very experienced PTs. We have regular continuing-ed meetings within staff and allowance for other continuing education courses. This is a 3-5 day work week for approximately 20-40 hours/week. At this time, we do not offer health insurance, however we offer a good salary, quarterly bonuses, paid time off, paid holidays, and an IRA with 3% company matching. We take pride in having a great place to work to collaborate with peers and have time for quality one on one patient care. We also have a clinic located in Leesport, PA that is rapidly growing.
