Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate through specialty tests and develop a plan of treatment for the patient upon referral and/or consult with physician and give recommendations as to the type of treatment, which is indicated per patient diagnosis. Perform treatment procedures following prescribed methods and observes treatment effect; recommends change to physician if indicated. Maintains current records pertinent to patient treatment, recording treatment effect, patient's progress and discharge summary on depart record.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution relating to physical therapy procedures and therapy required. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania.
