Job Description

Pennswood Village , a Senior Living community located in Newtown, PA, Bucks County , is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team .

Responsibilities:

Restore patient mobility, function, and independence through individualized treatment plans. Assess and evaluate residents? conditions, interpreting test results and progress to adjust therapy plans. Develop and implement personalized Plans of Treatment, including short- and long-term goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use of appropriate equipment. Evaluate the fit and use of prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications. Communicate progress and care plans with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy services. #AP123
