Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position utilizing your skills as a Physical Therapist in dedicated school settings near Norristown, PA. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact supporting students in their developmental and educational journeys in established programs.
Key qualifications and experience:
Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal-setting for both early intervention and school-age populations Key responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students in early intervention and low incidence programs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational teams Monitor, record, and report on student progress toward IEP goals Collaborate with educators and other therapists to support holistic student development Travel between Aston and Broomall sites as scheduled for 4-5 days per week What you'll experience: Fulfilling contract assignment working closely with motivated educators Engage with a variety of student needs across early intervention and school age programs Opportunity to create a lasting positive difference in the lives of children Supportive work environment focused on student growth and staff collaboration Ready to take your next step and bring your expertise to enthusiastic learning communities?
