We're seeking someone who thinks beyond traditional treatment approaches—someone who is driven to help patients recover faster, return to the activities they love, and continuously improve their clinical skills. Our practice provides a unique blend of insurance-based and cash-based physical therapy services, serving both orthopedic and neurological populations. We utilize the latest advancements in rehabilitation technology to enhance patient outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to individualized, one-on-one care. We believe clinicians provide their best care when they have the time and support they need. That's why we schedule 1:1 patient treatment sessions and build documentation time into your schedule, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care without sacrificing work-life balance. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Manage an insurance-based caseload while maintaining individualized, patient-centered care. Develop and progress treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals safely and efficiently. Collaborate with an experienced team of physical and occupational therapists, personal trainers, and biomechanical engineer in a supportive, learning-focused environment. Utilize innovative technology and treatment techniques to maximize patient outcomes. Complete timely and accurate documentation while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure). Compassionate, empathetic, and able to build meaningful relationships with patients. Passion for helping people improve their quality of life. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Motivated to continue learning and growing professionally. Enjoys collaborating with teammates and contributing to a positive clinic culture. Values innovation and embraces new treatment approaches and technology. Interest in treating orthopedic and neurological conditions. Active lifestyle with an appreciation for exercise, fitness, or athletics is a plus. Preferred (Not Required) Experience treating orthopedic and/or neurological populations. Interest in advanced rehabilitation technologies and innovative treatment techniques.
