Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time Available Setting:
Outpatient Neurorehabilitation (In-Person)
Primary Location:
Quakertown, PA (Secondary local coverage: Dublin, PA | Bethlehem, PA)

About Success Rehabilitation For over 30 years, Success Rehabilitation has been a recognized leader in post-acute neurological care and outpatient brain injury rehabilitation. We specialize in empowering adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), strokes, and complex neurological impairments to regain functional independence. Here, you are part of an integrated, highly collaborative interdisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physiatrists, Cognitive Therapists, and Residential Care Teams working together for the patient. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Skilled 1-on-1
Therapy:
Conduct comprehensive 1-on-1 evaluation and treatment sessions tailored to each client's specific functional goals.
Neuro-Focused Care Plans:
Design, execute, and adapt evidence-based physical therapy plans for clients with TBI, stroke, spinal cord injury, and neurological conditions.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Participate in team conferences and family meetings to align goals across residential and clinical disciplines.
Streamlined Documentation:
Complete objective progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries efficiently within our EHR system during operating hours.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy / DPT required).
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligible).
Certifications:
CPR/First Aid certification (Certified Brain Injury Specialist / CBIS credential is a plus, or obtain with company support!).
Experience:
1+ years of outpatient neuro or post-acute brain injury experience preferred.
