About CarePath CarePath Injury Centers is a Pennsylvania-based medical group built specifically around the workers' compensation and personal injury (WC/PI) patient — a true medical-legal practice model. We operate a growing network of clinics across the Commonwealth, and we're opening our newest location in Ridley Park this summer. Because our patients arrive through work injuries and accident cases, our clinical work sits at the intersection of quality rehabilitation and rigorous, defensible documentation. Every note, measurement, and functional assessment we produce supports both the patient's recovery and their case. That means our therapists work with clear objective standards, strong physician collaboration, and the satisfaction of guiding injured patients from acute injury all the way back to work and daily life. The Role As a full-time Physical Therapist at our Ridley Park clinic, you'll evaluate and treat patients recovering from work-related and accident-related injuries — orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and soft-tissue conditions — and help them return to function and to work.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough initial evaluations and establish individualized plans of care for WC and PI patients. Deliver hands-on treatment including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities appropriate to injury recovery. Document evaluations, progress, and functional outcomes to the objective, defensible standard our medical-legal caseload requires. Track and measure functional progress in a way that clearly supports return-to-work and case objectives. Communicate and collaborate with referring physicians, PAs, and case managers on shared patients. Educate patients on their injuries, home programs, and recovery expectations. Maintain compliance with PA regulatory, licensure, and HIPAA requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent PT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program. Active Pennsylvania PT license (or license-eligible/pending — new grads sitting for the NPTE are welcome). CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong documentation habits and comfort working in an EHR. A patient-centered, team-oriented approach.
New graduates:
We mean it. If you're finishing your DPT or recently licensed, we'll give you real mentorship and a structured caseload. Experience with workers' comp or personal injury is a plus but is not required — we'll teach you the medical-legal side.
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Location:
