On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver proactive injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, and workplace wellness programs directly at client worksites. This is a non-traditional PT role focused on keeping employees healthy, active, and injury-free—without insurance billing or heavy paperwork. What You'll Do Provide on-site injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services Lead stretching programs, body mechanics training, and movement education Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement practical solutions Educate employees on safe work practices and wellness strategies Build strong relationships with employees and client leadership
