Key Qualifications:
Current, valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible for reciprocity) Previous experience providing physical therapy within a hospital setting strongly preferred Evidence of strong clinical assessment, intervention, and communication abilities Ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for acute care patients Document progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other therapists to achieve optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and post-discharge goals Adhere to evidence-based practice standards and hospital protocols for quality care delivery
