Edenbrook North and Edenbrook South are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. Ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance the functional performance of our patients. Physical Therapists will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, supervise support staff, and ensure patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care that promotes their independence and well-being.
Position:
Physical Therapist (FT/PT/PRN)
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient performance. Identify the need for and make referrals to other healthcare disciplines as necessary to address the comprehensive needs of the patient. Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence, improving quality of life, and diminishing or correcting pathology. Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and reach their rehabilitation goals. Promote clients' healthy lifestyles by improving their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Continuously evaluate patient progress, monitor outcomes, and communicate updates effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications :
Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist (PT) program. Must be willing to undergo training and learn new processes. Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Reasons to join Edenbrook?
