Physical Therapist Leadership Opportunity in Brewster, WA RehabVisions is seeking a full-time Director of Rehab / Physical Therapist for a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient therapy setting in Brewster, Washington . This is a strong opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants to combine patient care with leadership, program development, team support, and therapy department growth. The role is a treating Director of Rehab position , ideal for a PT who enjoys both clinical care and operational leadership.
Compensation and Incentives Salary:

Responsibilities include:
Lead, support, and develop therapy staff Manage department operations, scheduling, productivity, and staffing needs Provide Physical Therapy evaluations, treatment, documentation, and ongoing patient assessment Support inpatient and outpatient therapy services Maintain positive relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, staff, patients, and families Assist with quality reporting, compliance, documentation audits, and department goals Identify opportunities for program development and service growth Promote clinical quality, communication, and strong patient outcomes Support billing, authorization, and insurance-related processes as needed
Qualifications Required:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Washington Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Commitment to high-quality patient care and team development
Preferred:
