Full Job Description Role:

Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid role)

Responsibilities:

Provide in-person and remote digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Utilize digital platforms for telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments. Document clinical evaluations, treatments, and outcomes efficiently. Collaborate with clinicians and support operations to deliver digital services and meet patient needs. Serve as a liaison between providers and the Digital Health team to optimize remote care services. Maintain reporting, data analysis, and participate in program development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program. State licensure or in-process licensure in any compact state. Experience in digital health or telehealth preferred. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
