Job Description

Village-In-Place (VIP) Home Health and Hospice Agency located in Martinsburg, PA is currently seeking to hire a Licensed Physical Therapist on a PRN status to provide care to our Home Health and Hospice patients in the community. This position is paid per visit and reimbursement varies depending on the service that is provided. Mileage is also compensated. As a VIP Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for treating your patients in accordance to current home health/hospice state and federal practice standards.

Duties may include:

Start of Care visits, routine visits, re-certifications and discharges. You will also participate in bi-weekly IDG team meetings. Experience with OASIS is required. This position does require travel within a 30 mile radius of Martinsburg, PA. Interested applicants may apply online or in person! VIP is a subsidiary of The Village at Morrisons Cove and is an EOE.
