Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services to students across K-12th grade, focusing on maximizing student independence and functional skills within the school environment. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and interventions as part of the ESY program. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child's educational goals. Collect data on student performance and provide progress updates to the educational team and families. Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all therapy sessions and interventions.
