Job Description

Myomuv is a cash-based, performance-focused physical therapy practice built for active adults who want to move better, train harder, and stay in the activities they love. We don't accept insurance and that's intentional. Staying out-of-network lets us deliver true one-on-one care in 60-minute sessions, with no double-booking, no rushing, and no productivity quotas. Our work goes beyond symptom management. We combine hands-on treatment and progressive strength programming with education on load management, recovery, sleep, stress, and long-term performance planning. We're not here to create dependent patients — we're here to build resilient, capable humans who can train, compete, and live without fear. Who We're Looking For An active clinician who lives the lifestyle: you run, lift, compete, or simply value pushing your limits, and you understand what it means to be told to "just stop." Someone who sees rehab as relationship-driven, not transactional, and thrives in deep, individualized 60-minute sessions. Strong orthopedic and performance skills, including movement assessment, strength and conditioning principles, progressive loading, and clinical reasoning beyond cookie-cutter protocols.
A growth mindset:
you value continuing education, honest feedback, mentorship, and ownership of outcomes. Clear, confident communication: you can simplify complex ideas, set expectations, and have direct but compassionate conversations. A team player who believes in shared success, no ego, no silos. This role may not be for you if: Training and performance aren't personally meaningful to you. You're just looking to escape in-network PT rather than build something new. You think 5-7 one-on-one sessions a day sounds easy: our sessions are 60 minutes, mentally engaging, and require real focus and presence. What We Offer Flexible, family-friendly scheduling that supports your training, family time, and outside pursuits 1-on-1, hourlong sessions: no double-booking or typical productivity metrics (we measure success based off keeping patients loyal) Mentorship and collaboration: weekly team meetings, case reviews, and 1-on-1 mentorship tailored to your career stage Meaningful work: see your impact firsthand, whether guiding a runner back to the marathon or helping an older adult turn back the clock Growth opportunities: continuing education support, community events, and workshops Benefits & Perks Competitive salary, in line with other PT roles in this setting. See ~30 clients 1-on-1 per week — use your full skill set the way you imagined when you became a PT 100+ hours/year of mentorship Health insurance stipend (negotiable) Retirement match Continuing education budget: $1,000+/year PTO + paid holidays + paid birthday off Opportunities to teach, lead workshops, and grow your brand within the local rehab and performance community Room to grow with us as we expand our vision for evidence-based, truthful, and optimistic performance care Ready to build something different?
