  • Shift Details:

  • Physical Therapist Duties & Responsibilities:
  • + Provide physical therapy services to support students' mobility, physical function, and participation in school activities.
+ Assess students' physical abilities, movement needs, and functional limitations. + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility. + Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance students' independence and safety. + Assist students with mobility devices, positioning, and physical accommodations as needed. + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals and development. + Monitor, document, and evaluate student progress throughout therapy services. + Participate in assessments, meetings, and individualized education planning. + Maintain compliance with school procedures, safety standards, and professional requirements.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • + Graduate of accredited physical therapy program + Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state + American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers + Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
+ Additional certifications may be required + Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. + Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .
BLS, N95
fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
