- Opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership roles Position Summary As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and care team members
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Provide education and guidance to residents and staff Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred)
- Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required)
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
