  • 50/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Reliable hours available PRN opportunities within the largest network in South Carolina Supportive, team-oriented rehab environment Opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership roles Position Summary As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence .
You will collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and care team members Participate in care planning and discharge planning Provide education and guidance to residents and staff Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred) Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required) Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills CPR certification (if required by licensure) Why Join Greenville Post Acute?
