Full-Time or Part-Time Join a Practice That Values Quality Over Volume Pivot Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is a private outpatient practice dedicated exclusively to women's health. We help women navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, return to exercise, and other orthopedic conditions that impact quality of life. Our approach is rooted in orthopedic physical therapy. We look beyond the pelvic floor to understand how the entire body contributes to movement, pain, and function. Every patient receives individualized, one-on-one care in a calm, supportive environment where clinicians have the time to think critically, build meaningful relationships, and provide exceptional care. We're looking for a physical therapist who enjoys problem-solving, values evidence-based practice, and is excited to continue growing in women's health. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat women experiencing pregnancy and postpartum concerns, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, diastasis recti, core dysfunction, and related musculoskeletal conditions. Perform comprehensive movement assessments to identify contributing orthopedic and biomechanical impairments. Develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, movement retraining, and patient education. Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Contribute to a collaborative, positive clinic culture focused on continuous learning and exceptional patient care. Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Passionate about helping women move and feel their best throughout every stage of life. Comfortable using orthopedic principles to evaluate and treat complex movement dysfunction. Eager to continue developing advanced clinical skills in women's health. A strong communicator who enjoys educating and empowering patients. Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to providing outstanding care. Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Active (or eligible) South Carolina Physical Therapy license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience treating women's health conditions is appreciated but not required. We welcome therapists with a strong orthopedic background who are interested in expanding their expertise through mentorship and continuing education.
