Job Description

Mount Pleasant Pediatric Therapy has been voted the #1 pediatric therapy clinic by Lowcountry Parent Magazine five years in a row, and with that we are looking to hire another certified Physical Therapist to join our growing team! The perfect candidate will be fun, outgoing, flexible, and enjoy treating kids of all ages!
Job Description:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' condition, limitations, medical histories, and make personal goals.
  • Communicate with physicians, family, and other health care providers to confirm plans of care.
  • Maintain patient therapy records by recording client's progress in S.O.A.P Notes each treatment session, Progress Notes every three months, and yearly Re-Evaluations.
  • Record billing information for all services rendered.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, healthy, and clean work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures set up by employer.
  • Serve and protect the physical therapy practice by adhering to the professional standards, policies, and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards.
  • Employee may have physical requirements to include lifting children and equipment up to and exceeding 20 pounds
  • Experience with Fusion Web Clinic is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Therapist will be seeing patients in the Johnnie Dodds location and our new North Mt.
Pleasant location!

Pay:
  • Please note the pay rate listed above is the rate per patient treatment hour We highly value trained, skilled, and experienced clinicians.
