  • 55/hour | PRN | About Us Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville.
Our smaller size creates a quiet, close-knit, family-oriented environment where we truly care about our residents and each other. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis to help residents reach their highest level of independence.

  • 55/hour Flexible PRN schedule with consistent hours available PRN opportunities across the largest network in South Carolina Supportive, team-focused therapy environment Position Summary As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
You'll play a key role in helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and balance Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and families on treatment plans and goals Qualifications Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina (required) Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Passion for improving resident outcomes Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
