You have 2+ years of experience as a physical therapist. You have graduated with a master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited physical therapy program. You have passed a National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and/or state examination required by the state. You have a state licensure in South Carolina. You can adhere to HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality. You have community / home health experience. (preferred)
