Job Description

About True North PT True North Physical Therapy is a cash-based, direct-access, one-on-one physical therapy practice in Sioux Falls. No insurance red tape, no rushed 30-minute visits — just focused, one-on-one care built around a client's real goals. We're growing, and we're looking for a PT who wants meaningful patient time without the constraints of a traditional clinic model. This is a PRN (as-needed) 1099 contractor role. You'll see patients under True North's established treatment packages, working one-on-one with your patients in full-hour sessions — no double-booking, no productivity quotas. Visit volume starts light and grows as our patient base grows, so this is a great fit for a PT who wants supplemental income now with room to take on more over time.
