Therapists at Franklin work as part of an in-house collaborative rehab team, with strong leadership support, to help residents achieve independence and optimal function. ️ Responsibilities Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver and document evidence-based therapy sessions. Supervise and instruct therapy assistants as needed. Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities. Educate residents and caregivers about continuing home exercise and therapy. Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and quality standards. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
