The Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, establishing treatment plans with measurable goals, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs.Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and physician referrals. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Current Texas license to practice Physical Therapy, or actively in the application process for state licensure.NEW GRADUATES CONSIDERED!
Qualifications:
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques. Ability to create effective treatment plans and measurable goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
