Job Summary PT Concepts is looking for a Physical Therapist to join a growing team striving for excellence. We are looking for driven therapists who take pride in providing top-tier patient care and favorable outcomes. Our practice works as a multidisciplinary team to provide the best orthopedic care to our patients and community. We see a wide range of patients across all ages and stages of care, with a focus on those with an active mindset, including weekend warriors, pre and post-operative patients, and athletes from adolescent to professional levels of sport. We invest in technology so our therapists can invest in patients: AI-assisted documentation: Our therapists use AI scribe technology to draft daily notes and evaluations in real time. Documentation is completed during your workday, not after it.

Standardized intake, welcome packets, and digital workflows across all five of our locations mean less administrative friction and more time in front of patients.
True multidisciplinary collaboration:
You will work alongside chiropractors, an in-house MD, and a full clinical team under one roof, with direct referral pathways and shared care planning. Our Facilities and Community Our clinics are built for performance and recovery, not just rehab, with access to cryotherapy chambers, infrared saunas, and dedicated turf training areas. Deep community partnerships with physicians, athletic programs, and corporate wellness clients drive a steady stream of patient referrals. Compensation Starting salary of $88,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience Performance-based bonus structure Competitive continuing education stipend Leadership and professional growth opportunities as we expand Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform musculoskeletal evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs Direct patients through active and passive rehabilitation procedures Recognize when a patient needs care beyond our scope and coordinate referrals with our in-house medical team Serve as a leader to team members and within the community Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Current or pending state licensure Drive to pursue personal and professional goals Schedule and Benefits Full-time, Monday through Friday, no weekends Health insurance Paid time off License and CEU reimbursement Professional development assistance Relocation assistance A culture of continuous improvement: We actively pilot new tools and workflows, and our clinicians have a real voice in shaping how we operate.
