Company DescriptionTherapy Partners of North Texas serves the Greater North Dallas Area with 22 evidence-based practices that provide comprehensive evaluations, treatments, and prevention strategies for general orthopedic-related injuries to the spine and extremities.

Job DescriptionWe're looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Allen, Texas. In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering high-quality physical therapy services and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise, empathy, and dedication to patient care are truly valued.

Assess patients comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and physician referralsReview medical records, diagnostic reports, and patient history to determine appropriate physical therapy interventionsImplement evidence-based treatment programs utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and sports rehabilitation protocolsProvide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and best practice guidelinesDocument patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical findings in a timely and organized mannerCommunicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers to ensure coordinated and transparent careSupervise and mentor rehabilitation technicians, ensuring quality patient care deliveryDevelop comprehensive plans of care with measurable, goal-oriented objectives tailored to each patient's needsMaintain accurate and detailed documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and incident reportsStay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to a culture of continuous professional development and innovationQualificationsGraduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current state of Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license and CPR certificationAbility to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learnAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,Additional InformationAt Therapy Partners of North Texas, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
