Full-time Travel Assignment Desired Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, in good standing Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred Competency in developing and modifying patient-centered treatment plans Demonstrated commitment to patient and staff safety practices
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, functional treatment programs to support patient return to community activities Deliver therapy services and actively participate in patient care planning under physician direction Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues on therapeutic approaches and safety protocols Document therapy sessions, goal progression, and care outcomes in a clear and timely manner per clinic and regulatory guidelines Support student training and participate in professional development initiatives Maintain compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and industry best practices Engage in continuous learning and performance improvement activities
