Physical Therapist (PT)Multiple Texas Locations | Full-Time, Contract, Contract-to-Hire & PRN Opportunities Lincoln Healthcare is actively recruiting Physical Therapists on behalf of a leading rehabilitation client with openings across Texas. We are seeking patient-focused clinicians who are passionate about improving mobility, function, and quality of life through evidence-based care.
Current Locations Include:
Amarillo, TX San Angelo, TX Borger, TX Hereford, TX Castro County Area, TX Sweetwater, TX Additional Texas locations may be available. Compensation Range $35.00 - $65.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, credentials, location, and assignment type. Position Types Available Full-Time Direct Hire Contract Contract-to-Hire PRN Flexible Scheduling Options What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and function. Progress patients using sound clinical reasoning and best practices. Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and functional training. Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and prevention strategies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Ensure appropriate billing and coding practices. Contribute to a positive, patient-centered rehabilitation environment. Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care. Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
