You'll have access to technology and treatment tools designed to support objective testing, evidence-based decision-making and an excellent patient experience. Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Complete timely and accurate documentation Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals Participate in clinic growth and development Assist with development of clinical programs Provide education and in-services as appropriate Contribute to the overall operation and success of the clinic

Qualifications Required:
