Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with variable shifts tailored to your availability
Key Qualifications:
Valid and active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in Texas Demonstrated experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Commitment to delivering superior quality and safe patient care Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency with electronic medical records and regulatory compliance
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and design functional, individualized care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Educate patients, families, students, and peers Maintain timely, accurate medical records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Uphold organization's mission, core values, and focus on patient/employee safety
