Advanced Rehab and Healthcare of Bowie, TX is searching for a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our Vibrant growing team and community! Consistent PT PRN opportunities are also available! Responsibilities:

Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing. Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance to setting orders and communicating with the PTA May Implement and modify the patients physical therapy plan of treatment . Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration. Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements. Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.

Requirements:

SNF/Long term care experience preferred Current knowledge of treatment practices Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
