The Physical Therapist will provide patient-centered care through evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, patient education, and discharge planning to maximize functional outcomes.
Requirements:

Physical Therapy Responsibilities:
Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients to develop individualized therapy plans and functional goals. Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence. Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation and maintain compliance with facility standards. Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding treatment plans and recovery goals. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Supervise therapy assistants, students, and support staff as required. Maintain knowledge of current physical therapy practices, regulations, and rehabilitation techniques.
