Job Description

JOB DETAILS
The Physical Therapist 1 provides care to patients through evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, patient education and discharge planning to maximize the patient's functional level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
of the
ROLEPATIENT CARE
Evaluates, treats and monitors patient. Modifies therapy program and goals.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Performs thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner. Enters charges accurately. Understands reimbursement related to practice setting.
COMMUNICATION
Communicates effectively with patients and families, departmental coworkers, and members of the medical care team. Provides education to patients, family and staff. The ability to competently perform all the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, demonstrated commitment to effective customer service delivery, integrity, and the ability to work productively as a member of a team or work group are basic requirements of all positions at Baylor Scott & White Health.
REQUIREMENTS
Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience:
1 year
Licenses:
PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications:
BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required DOB Required References:
1 Reference in entire work history
