Compensation & Growth Base salary is $95,000-$105,000 , depending on experience and fit.

The position also includes:

$6,000 sign-on bonus Monthly performance bonuses of $350, $750, or $1,500 Approved additional clinical hours paid separately For clinicians who are motivated, reliable, and interested in additional earning opportunities, total annual compensation may reach approximately $120,000+ . Documentation & Workflow We use Prompt EMR with workflows designed to support efficient documentation and reduce unnecessary take-home charting. Our goal is for clinicians to complete documentation as efficiently as possible during the workday once they are comfortable with the system and clinic flow. Specialty Growth We are open to supporting the right clinician in developing a specialty area over time, including: Vestibular rehabilitation Balance and fall prevention Sports rehabilitation Orthopedics Dry needling TMJ Pelvic health Neurological rehabilitation Other outpatient specialty programs Ownership is actively involved in clinic growth and will support specialty development when there is a strong clinical and business fit. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is: Licensed in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure Reliable and professional A strong communicator Comfortable in outpatient rehabilitation Clinically engaged and coachable Motivated by patient outcomes and professional growth Interested in developing skills beyond basic outpatient orthopedics Comfortable being part of a growing clinic environment Experienced clinicians are welcome, and strong newer PTs with good work ethic and coachability will also be considered.
