This is a unique opportunity for long term growth and success with the company. The physical therapist will be joining a team of sports chiropractors and another physical therapist who put an emphasis on soft tissue work and rehab with the want to continue growing our multidisciplinary practice moving forward. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking new grad or even an experienced physical therapist who will be a good fit for our team. We believe in work-life balance and want the physical therapist to enjoy the role and working at Elevation while also feeling like income is appropriate for the work they are putting in. This role would start out part-time and turn into full-time if desired as patient care gets busier. We want the physical therapist to prioritize quality care and spend a full hour of one-on-one with patients without double booking the provider. We would like to see applicants with a dry needling certification. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential. Familiarity with geriatric and orthopedic patient populations is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
