Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Coppell, TX. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that restore function, reduce pain, and promote independence. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your clinical expertise, empathy, and commitment to excellence are valued and supported.
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician recommendationsImplement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patient impairments and functional limitationsEducate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to promote active participation in recoveryMaintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of all patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with clinical standardsCollaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient careMonitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate outcomes with the healthcare teamEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and organizational policiesDemonstrate professional growth through continued learning and staying current with best practices in physical therapyQualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapist ProgramCurrent Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain licensureCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationProfessional liability insuranceStrong clinical assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skillsProficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and documentation softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to educate and motivate patientsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environmentStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailPhysical stamina and manual dexterity required for patient care deliveryProblem-solving and analytical abilities to adapt treatment approaches based on patient response
